Teams consist of 4 players on the field (you can have spares if you like..but 7 max on the roster).  Entry fee is $120 per team.  Paint is $15 per bag of 500 and you must use field paint sold during league play on league day.  You need to be at least 10 years old to play and if you are under 18 your parent needs to sign a waiver allowing you to play (can be downloaded from the website).   Guns (markers) need to be chronied at 250 fps or less.  Semi-automatic modes only (one ball per trigger-pull)...no auto, burst or ramping allowed...if you have the modes on your marker, they have to be turned off...penalties will be issued if this is not followed.  You can use your own equipment or rent ours.

With great sadness, we will miss Gerry Follett (middle)...

Gerry has been involved with paintball for several years now. He, his staff and even his family have participated in several of our leagues, tournaments and bookings. Gerry was by far #1 in sportsmanship and generousity. He was one that was truly out there to have a great time. Points didn't mean a darned thing to Gerry...he just needed to know that "his wheelchair spot" was available and that he could get out there and shoot (at Paul). He was ALWAYS in good spirits, joking with all our staff and amongst other paintballers. We will always remember you Gerry...THANKS for all the support and all the great laughs. You will be greatly missed by all of those hearts you've touched!

 

To Gerry, his family and friends...please know that there are many caring thoughts with you now.

*PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED THROUGH A PRIZE POINT AUCTION ON THE LAST DAY OF LEAGUE PLAY.

*PRIZES ARE VALUED DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF TEAMS IN EACH DIVISION

*POINTS WILL BE AWARDED ON A TEAM BASIS FOR:
WIN = 1 PRIZE POINT

LOSS = 1 PRIZE POINT 

FIRST FLAG GRAB/FLAG AT GAMES END = 1 PRIZE POINT                                                  

FLAG HANG = 1 PRIZE POINT

*INDIVIDUAL PRIZE POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR:

REFEREEING = 1 PRIZE POINT 

END OF DIVISION CLEAN UP = 1 PRIZE POINT

*ALL POINTS EARNED BY TEAM KATICA WILL BE AWARDED TO OTHER PLAYERS OR TEAMS DESERVING OF PRIZE POINTS FOR THEIR SPORTSMANSHIP OR FOR THEIR PLAY AND OR HELPFULNESS ON THE FIELD.  ALL OF THESE POINTS WILL BE AWARDED ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF TEAM KATICA AS A WHOLE.  ANY TEAM OR PLAYER FROM ANY DIVISION MAY ALSO AWARD POINTS THAT THEY HAVE EARNED TO ANY OTHER TEAM OR PLAYER FOR POSITIVE PLAY OR BEHAVIOUR.

*THE AUCTION WILL INCLUDE A PREDETERMINED NUMBER OF PRIZES EQUAL TO THE PRIZE VALUE FOR EACH DIVISION.  PRIZES WILL BE HIDDEN AND WILL REQUIRE ‘BLIND’ BIDDING.  BID AT YOUR OWN RISK.  ANY HIDDEN PRIZE MAY BE AN EMPTY BOX OR A NEW PIECE OF PAINTBALL EQUIPMENT.  ONCE THE PRIZES ARE ALL BID ON, ANY REMAINING PRIZE POINTS WILL BE OF NO VALUE.  THIS SHOULD ALLOW FOR EVERY TEAM TO HAVE A CHANCE AT A PRIZE.

There are 3 leagues per year, a Spring, Summer and a Fall league.  League play usually lasts for five weeks.  Normally teams consist of 4 players per team.  The cost of a team entry fee is $120.00.  This fee includes CO2 and compressed air.  This fee does not include the cost of paintballs.
